Was the slogan on the tank's side included in the decals, or was it home made? When translated into Russian, it's complete nonsense. Otherwise, great build!
Probably...kit manufacturers are notorious for just making up Cyrillic gibberish and slapping those decals in their kits.

Ha ha--I have to laugh, because to be honest, I would sometimes cut up those cyrillic decals and slap 'em together just to have a different word on MY model, lol!
99% of the people looking at it didn't know any better anyway!
Unless you speak Russian, would you know the difference?
Eric
Even if you did speak Russian, would you know the difference?

Yes, I would................
I do speak Russian, and I just wanted to point it out. For authenticity's sake.

Actually, it's probably good that you did! I could see some Russian Armor enthusiast getting that put on his license plate or painting it on the side of his motorcycle helmet or something similar and then finding out that he's been duped! lol!
It's quite a cool language!
= not serious post - apologies if anybody didn't read it as such.
In all seriousness, when I was building my La-5, the AML decals actually got high marks in reviews for being actual Cyrillic characters that formed actual words that matched or said mostly the same things as the slogans on the aircraft in the wartime photos. So yeah...I guess that kind of fudging is really common!
