Manstein's revenge:
Great work on the M-60, doog...I was very impressed with your finishing techniques on this one...it seems you concentrated more on replicating the fading, oxidation, and soiling effects (which I feel are more realistic) on the paint than the more typical rust and "chipping" that seems so common these days with armor...I gotta tell you this may be your most realistic finish you've pulled off yet...liked the way you achieved the orange "caking" in the running gear as well---a purely Vietnam charactersitic that is often botched!
That's high praise from you, Manny--I appreciate the kind words. Just one small thing--it's an M48. ...not an M60.
