I've gotta say Eric, that is one heckuva Group Build you threw there. Hats off go to the participants finished builds as well. I've been peeking in on this GB since it started and am absolutely amazed at the great work coming out of it. Congratulations and good job "atta boys"  goes out to all of the participants finished builds and to the man that provided a cool Group Build in which to complete them in!

Yeah, it's interesting how much variety is possible in a GB with only 2 tanks and their variants as the theme...

Thanks again for hosting this great GB, Eric!

I'm be in, no matter what's the theme!

I'd really like a tank destroyer GB, if I was to suggest a theme...

Just my 2 cents

Schatten, I've done about 2 tank destroyer GB's Thinking more along the lines of a North African GB. There appeared to be much interest in the Steel Cats GB for one. Nothing has been decided yet.

Hey Eric!  Congratulations to you and all the participants in your superb GB!!  The completed entries are all fantastic and deserve a round of applause!  The amount of work that was put into all the builds, completed and not, was utterly amazing!  And the interaction between the builders was inspiring.   I'm proud to have been a participant and very sorry I couldn't finish my entry!  I'll try again with your next GB!!

Hey Ernest, I hope you finish it yet. I can still add it to the finished builds.

I have a Pz III H, a Panzerjaeger I, or a Matilda that would work for a North African GB.

Eric: I'd be interested but might have skip this one in order to try to get some of the other GBs I've entered finished...Sad

Let's see, in my stash I have these that would probably work:

Italeri Crusader

Tamiya Humber armored car

Tamiya M3 Grant

Dragon Italian soldiers

Dragon Panzer IV (F I think???)

Hey Eric,

Thanks a ton for hosting such a great GB. I definitely found it inspiring and a lot of fun. I was lucky enough to finish 2 (right at the deadline, lol). The participation was awesome I think I made a lot of new friends. Anyway, Steel Cats being my first GB entry, I'm hoping others can live up to it. hehe Stick out tongue It's gonna be a tough act to follow. Wink

Funny you say that Eric!  I did get a replacement turret for the kit, so I don't have a reason no to finish it.....Whistling

Are you going to host a North African GB?!?  I missed out on the last one, so I'm game to join the next NA GB !  I've got several possibilities in the stash!!  I just hope it doesn't start too soon.  I've got some kits I need to finish first....like a certain Dragon Panther F!! Stick out tongue

Hey Cliff. Is your Pz. IV the boxing with all those goodies inside (metal barrel, Heaps of PE, Guderian figure,...) If it is, you have an Ausf. E...

Well, I think by the beginning of the year, I should be ready to tackle something. I may wait until next month or early December to launch another GB. Stay tuned. With  Schatten Sparten's Gb at the same time, it might be a tough draw.

Clemons: It's one of the '3 in 1 kits' with piles of bells and whistles but no Guderian figure. A web search and she came up- she's actually a D model. Since it comes with the complete interior I was thinking of trying to build her abandoned or knocked-out.

Yeah, between the two GB- Africa or Hunters it's a tough choice for me, I'll see how things stand at the first of the year.

It's this kit, not sure if it's still available. At least I think it's this kit, I forgot to look for it last night but on the web search this looks like the box top!

Thanks! That kit is OOP, but my LHS has 2 Pz. IV E with "Vorpanzer" (spaced armor) and they have about the same amount of goodies in the box (and the Vorpanzer looks great on the Pz. IV)

What do you think about a 30€ price tag for this one? I found it at evil bay at this price with only 4€ shipping costs to austria! The normal retail price at my LHS is 50€ (currently 40 because they sell it at 20% off)...

I'm not much of an expert 30 euros sounds pretty good and 4 euros S&H is fantastic. If it's the mostly the same set of extra goodies it's worth it!

Curse you Eric!!! Coming up with these GB's that I can not say "NO" to.... Super Angry Yes North Africa is a favorite subject area of mine and I have more kits in my stash that will work than I can easily count.
