I didn't realize how old this kit was, but I got it at a show vendor's table for $4, and it'd been in my stash a while. Went together fairly well. I'm cheap, so rather than buy a bottle of 'official' Dunkelbraun, I mixed my own using Model Master Dark Tan, a smidgin of white, and MM Turn Signal Amber for the yellowish tone. I thought it turned out ok, but reference pics seen later show this color much less warm, lacking the orange or yellow tones. Oh well. It also sits a little crooked as I didn't get the wheels quite level. The base sort of compensates for that, though.
Decals were finicky because of their age. I didn't clearcoat them, and surprisingly, only a couple cracked apart on me. I was able to wing it and get at least a minimal marking scheme on.
I gave it a light dusting and a bit of drybrushing for weathering and called it good. Here's some pics.
