<wiping tear from eye> Thanks C.C., I haven't seen a M-548 16 ton vehicle since '87. Used to drive the silly things, you know. Also drove jeeps and M-109's. Factoid for anyone that cares: We used to heat C-rations in the stack of the 548's. The entree can would go right in the exhaust stack and when you figured it was hot you have someone gun the engine and out pops the can! Cooking in the field is sooo much fun, don't you think?!
