WOW, you're going to town on this build! It looks awesome!

I honestly envy you guys who worked on cars in real life and can do this with your modeling! What a great asset!

Yeah in my youth I worked at an autobody shop and later I was a truck driver., but the bigger thing is I just love cars almost any car or truck.

Again dude! Great work! I work on cars for a living and know what to look for and you've got it going on. Looking good.

A little sanding and putty work and it was time for paint.

Better looking mufflers.

I can't change the title as I was rong it's not a 1972 vette it's a 1970 sorry for the mix up every one. Well any way how I made this Revell 1969 vette coupe body into a 1970 vette body. ha Ha here's how I did it.

First I cut out the revell 69 side vents. I had started making a laytex mold of the AMT '70 vettes side vents.

I also cut out the rear exhaust pipe space. On the '69 those sections are half round and on the 70 models there square.

Now this one for a customer a year ago, the one thing he wanted me to add to the interior was a set of blaupunkt door speaker grills. so here's that car with and with out it's top. This is a Revell kit with testors enamels used. I also used MCG PE and Detal Master flocking and long with my scratch work.
