I agree with Bick. Most quality brands are good, and the focus should be on deciding on gravity, side or siphon feed. Since you already have a single action, the large surfaces are covered, and a gravity fed airbrush ought to be the best complement. Alternatively, a side fed airbrush could be OK. They are a bit best (and worst) of two worlds.....

I have two badger double actions brushes and both are great, the 150 as a siphon and the Renegade Velocity. The Velocity is rapidly becoming my favorite but it is expensive. Have a look on Ebay for an old 150 as long as you give it a good clean you should be fine with that

I used a Badger 150 for many years - a great airbrush but after trying a gravity feed brush, I switched to an Iwata Revolution CR and now an H&S Evolution Silverline. It's really personal preference but I think, among quality brushes, the choice between gravity feed and siphon feed is the more important decision. Siphon feed AB's, for ME, are more difficult to keep clean (paint containers partcularly) - cleaning the needle/nozzle is similar for either type.

I have had my Badger 150 for years. I have recently got a 100, basically the same thing but gravity feed. As long as its clean right, I have never had a problem with them.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

I also recommend the iwata. I have the eclipse. It was my first and is my only airbrush. Very easy to use and clean.

I have an Iwata HCS that I absolutely love, but it is the only one I have used, so cannot compare it to anything else.  I will say that finally getting a dual-action was the best decision I ever made.  Lots of people do far better work than I can, and do it using a single-action, but for me the dual-action is far easier to use.

From everything I have read, either the Badger or the Iwata would be a good choice.

I'm still learning the double action airbrush thing but I am learning using a Badger 150. So far I like it but its a definite change from the "safe zone" Badger 200 I've been using.

The old Badger 150 is still an excellent airbrush and not too expensive.  One thing I like about Badger brushes is that they are not too finicky and really last a long time with few parts replacements needed other than the cheap and readily available teflon washers on some models.
