BTW, has anyone heard of/used a Lenco airbrush??

Hello, enthusiastic team of Omni 4000 trouble finders

I found quote of Lenco airbrushes on ZED Hobbies modelling forum ( I believe it is a Australian shop) and on an Italian site. I equally found them at :
http://www.artsupplies.co.nz ( no pictures) and at http://www.xpressgraphx.com.au where they had pictures, and guess what ? Models 201, 301 and 501 look strangely like... Iwatas yes sir, and Model HZ 150 looks strangely like...Badger 150.

Etonnant, non?

Thank you all for coming José

Tweety1,

Any new developments on your Omni 4000?

There have been a few emails sent between Ken and I.
I told him I would take some pics of how the whole thing looks, but now I have to go out of town for quite a few days for work.

Because of that, I just gave up.
Sent Ken an email saying the above, and thanked him for his assistance, which I admit, was probably the best customer relations I have ever experienced.

He replied with, send me your address.

Haven't heard anything since.

Haven't followed anything up, seeing as I'll be in and out of town for a bit now.

Just had a week home, and off again soon.

Ok, finally managed to get some pics of my Omni tip, and this is how she looks.

This is one of 2 pics I sent to Ken at Badger on the weekend, so waiting for his reply.
He has been most helpful so far.

Fingers crossed.

Tweety1,

Have you heard anything new on your Omni?

After sending the pics to Ken, he sent one back saying that by the way things looked there would be an erratic spray pattern.

I received another email last week stating another Omni 4000 will be sent out to me via UPS.

Can't wait for it too arrive.
I like the Omni, but have had to place a few projects on the sideline cause I couldn't spray them.

Geez, to think my wife tells me I'm not a patient man

Tweety1,

Two days ago I received my replacement Omni.

Opened the box, sussed it out, all looks good.

Tried it out tonight, and it worked a treat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fine line here there and everywhere!!Smile [:)]Smile [:)]Smile [:)]

Just in time for some shading on my A7 Corsair!Big Smile [:D]

Tell you this much, yes it took a while for me too finally get this issue sorted out, 3 months in fact!!!Shock [:O]
But the only reason for that was where I live. If I was in America, this would have been sooooooooooo much easier.

I would like to extend an EXTREMELY large thankyou to Mike V for his assistance in getting the ball rolling, and an even larger thankyou to Ken at Badger for his persistance and patience.

Tweety1,

That's great news my friend and it was my pleasure to help out in any way I could.
You owe me a Foster's should I make it down under sometime. Big Smile [:D] Wink [;)]
Ken is one-of-a-kind in the world of businessmen isn't he?
He is going to be at the Nationals in Phoenix next month so I will get a few days to pick his brain and hopefully learn a lot more about airbrushes.
I agree with you about Badger's customer service and that is what has made them the company that they are with a huge following of loyal customers.

Sign - Ditto [#ditto] - This isn't an isolated service incident, they do that for everyone that calls with a question or a problem. Their service absolutely cannot be beat.
