Theres nothing more I can add. I've posted about all the help I can provide and the power is not in my hands to fix this. I'm pretty sure it's a matter of Domain Permissions.  

I've been told I would get some guidance from others more than once - and nothing. And as Tim Mentioned, here and elsewhere, email notifications are not a priority. Knowing That I am not alone here only makes it worse.

But, i am getting email survey.  Never seen one of these before.

Maybe notifications are back on?
