When we were redoing our basement a couple of years ago we moved our deep freeze to be under my display shelves. We had bought part of a cow and were putting the meat in the freezer when she bumped the shelf and everything came tumbling down. I was able to gather up all the pieces and repair a few kits, but several were thrown into the spare parts bins.
I've never built a model with her, but I did help her with a Snap Tite SR-71 several years ago. She hasn't had much interest since.

I bought her a Monogram 56 T-bird that she wanted. She may or may not build it but she won't let me touch it.

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

I would love to build a model with my wife. Or, even have her build her own and we build together. Nothing would make me happier. But, my wife has a very sensivtive nose, and she can't handle the smells that model making produces. I swear she could out sniff a drug sniffing dog! Anyway, I'm trying to get more Acrylic paints in my inventory. Maybe then she will change her mind.
