and regarding the July issue of FSM. I've been buying this mag for the last 4years, and in that time I have never-ever seen a July issue in any of my town's newsagencies or in Perth aswell. I don't know if it's just Perth or to do with end of fiscal yr stuff, but I've never-ever laid hands on one

Shame. I got my July issue weeks ago. Its the D-Day special which I thought a bit average. There is no June nor August issue.

Nicholma,
In answer to your question of what is 'lying round the place', well 54 complete and 20 incomplete at home, 48 in shop display, 4 on loan to the RAAF and 28 on loan to a museum. One of my American friends suguested I put them all on the floor and post the photo on the forum, under the title of 'LOTS".

134 eh Rob.
Something tells me, for a photo, you will need a warehouse and a crane!!
Or hire Hubble for a minute or two

Thats definatly "LOTS" Lobbie...Looks like iv'e got some catching up to do,Iv'e finished 3
and have a further 4 on the go..Regrettably none of my earlier models survived the 5 or 6 year break from modelling.
Regarding the Hubble you may well be able to hire it,Nasa announced a few months back that there will be no more maintinence flights to the Hubble,so it will only be a matter of time before it Dies.
And yes it will be replaced by a newer and better Space Telescope but not for a few years yet.
I left a little post in the Space forum yesterday regarding 2 new PLANET FINDING Spaces Telescopes...To date over 100 Planets have been found around other suns.

Guy's,
There's almost 500 in the wardrobe, yet to be built, that are mine. There's almost 50 that belong to contract builds. I think I would be better with a warehouse.

Sounds like someone has far too much spare time and storage space on his hands!!
I've got about 10 in the build queue, with about the same again in the "to-buy-when-my-resistance-crumbles" queue!!!
In the queue: 1/48 Beech Staggerwing (RAAF), P38 (RAAF), Vultee Vengeance (RAAF), Spitfire Vb (Malta), Spitfire VIII x2 (RAAF), P39 x2 (RAAF), Martin Baltimore (Malta?), Martin Maryland (Malta), Typhoon NF1b, Hellcat x2 (FAA)

500, boy that doesn't make me feel too bad at all.
My wife was getting in to me for the 30 odd that I have in my "to do" pile.
Cheers
