Your Last Three Models

Bish, Joe, Scott, Steve... some excellent builds from all of you guys! It’s always a pleasure to see your work. A true feast for the eyes!

Hard to believe, but in the past 30 days or so, I have actually finished three more kits. Two were long projects and one a short timer.

First up, Academy 1/35 M151A1 

Second, Dragon 1/35 M46

Third, Revell Germany 1/48 X-35A

The detail on those carbs is so real on the Maverick it wants me to pull the throttle links and open them up.

Nice selection of vehicles there.

This last year all started with my Jo-Han Maverick build ( which dang near killed me. lol). I ran into some snags with this one that caused me to break out with a couple of diversion builds to keep the forward modeling momentum going.

2-3 builds a year is about typical out of me as slow as I build.

Man....It's been a long time since I've posted in this thread so it looks like I've got some catching up to do.

Garylee: That paper panzer and M-41 are really good looking builds!!

Ben: Great progress on the Flyabout, love the Cannonade and that Arizona is TOPS!!!

Carlos: Carlos....Carlos....CARLOS!! Great work on all. WOW!!! 

Johnny: Great work on that Mustang, Airacobra and Shooting Star. I don't see many of those F-80's being built.

Bish: I can never get enough of looking at your 1/72 scale builds brother. You really know how to put on a good show with those, and then you go and top it all off with a Star Wars Droid build, sub and a nicely built armor piece. Just outstanding!!! 

Steve: Those are all nicely built aircraft in different scales. Awesome!!! 

Scott: All three of those ship builds look great!! You ship modelers really have some patience. Awesome work!!!

Baron, both the harriers are new tools, and both were very nice kit. The detail is nice, no major fit issues and a nice set of options to finish it. They do have the deeper panle lines modern Airfix kits are known for, but i don't mind that.

How is that Airfix Harrier kit?  Is it the classic kit, or is it a new tooling? I've lost track of the subjects they've revisited with new tooling.
