Junior,

Jepot's got a point, man. Why in heaven's name wont you enter that Tiran? You gotta share that beauty with the rest of the modeling community.

As for the dozer, I always knew you werent kidding. It was only a matter of time. Wink [;)]

Beth,

The guys are right. NEVER be ashamed to show off your work. CBraincouldnt have said it better. Like I always say, we all know the effort put into every model. Not everyone can build models, so be proud. We're a breed apart from the rest.

Teka, baka mamya magulat naman kami sa ganda ng kits mo. Pa humble ka lang kunyari? Big Smile [:D]Smile [:)]Wink [;)]

Lipton,

You also have a lot of fans in IPMS BAC Im sure. And we can all see why. Keep it up, my friend. And looking forward to seeing your students in the meets. Smile [:)]

Thanks for the kind words. :o)

I have built OOB models too. An M-10 tank destroyer and a Humvee. However, I have not brought it up to the meetings for a photo session. I'll bring it next meeting so Buck(allan) and/or Cbrain can take photos. I'll post 'em here just for you (oh ha!), they're my earlier builds though, so don't expect something fantastic. ;o)

I did a mini clinic on washing and dry-brushing here at school last wednesday. Its for my students who shared the same hobby. I have minions here 'ya know. LOL ;o)

If you don't mind I also want to share some progress pics of my Dragon Firefly VC.

I am building it OOB only.

I also have completed this diorama a couple of weeks ago featuring Tamiya's M4A3 105. I built the tank OOB and just added some Dragon figures. The base is scratchbuilt. Comments and suggestions are welcome. I really need a few tips from armor guys like you.

thanks man, you're doing more than you think, i'll bring it next meet, but, the tank took some damage during storage and had to undergo repairs.Smile [:)] its an early version of the Tiran 5 as its sports the sainai scheme which later became grey (rancie is more familiar with this scheme) i was thinking of upgrading the kit by adding reactive armour i saw in a photo still my references aren't enough same goes for the USMC M-46dozer.Smile [:)]

Yo! Lipton! I've always had adhesion problems with Dragon decals especially in tight curves. Does the hot water help? I normally put some of the Mr. Mark Softer on the decal, allow it to soak for about a minute or two then slowly dab/roll with a cotton swab. I'm not too happy with the results pa rin.

I'll try your technique and give feedback.
