|

Ooops! I misspelled the link! That should have been: http://www.swannysmodels.com/ Fantastic stuff on Matt's homepage!
A Fenrir lvl99 Forging Blacksmith, eh? Hehehe! Group effort ata yan! I play, primarily a lvl 45/33 Theif on Odin Server.... I don't have a guild yet, but some of my friends are in "The Fellowship", so I'll probably be joining that in a little while! I can't wait until I can walkaround with the ground glowing beneath me!

Just got into Zoids actually. The first one I built was a Guysack (a desert scorpion). It being relatively small and with sooo many minute detials, I left it as is... no paint whatsoever. Will be working on in tho, not just now.
The Zoid I'm about to work on is a Death Stinger (now a really huge scorpion... sorry, got a fascination with the creatures). I plan to change it's color scheme of blue, red, and silver to a more menacing black, copper, red and silver... with gold touches to the blades and claws.

Now, that's really cool.... i have been oggling at a salamander for the longest time... been plannin to get one for myself but then, i find them pricey... i just might get me one... on the next sale in a mall nearby. hehehehe
ei, beth... JR's got a nuke interceptor... heck, he's got them v2s somewhere as well... you'd better pump up your offense, dear...
roy and claudia... hmmnn come to think of it... it is most likely, indeed!

Mang Ben,
Mang Ben! Kala ko ano na nangyari sa inyo e. La ba new recruits from Meycauyan? Lady modelers? From where? That's good news! REALLY. Why does Bac get have lady modelers and we don't. It's about time!
|

BAC currently only have two lady modelers. But despite of their gender.... they're still treated as the thrones among the roses. ehehehe There are still other ladies who aren't signed up as yet but are already joining the meets.... the wives of some of the members.... ehehehe.... diba Lipton and Latte'?

You know cbrain, two years ago I tried to convince my wife to get a hobby... so she wouldn't bother me with mine... hehehe . Anyway, she took up cross stitching instead of modeling but I was glad to have introduced her to craft work. Firstly, she doesn't bother me when I go to the hobby shops - she just conveniently slips away in that little shop a few stores away from Lil's. Secondly, she doesn't bother me when i spend hours preparing for the competitions. The only thing that really still pisses her off was the disappearance of her cross stitch needle (I modify them to make CA glue applicators ehek... )
But all in all, I'm really glad women are getting into the hobby. I remember there used to be a BAC member named Darling... She was into figures and once she showed up with a figure of a bowing Jap soldier and her work was great! I think she was a student of Mel sa Fine Arts. I wonder whatever happened to her?

Sorry to hear about your PC Ben... I know it's such a drag. Mine's about to die a natural death too... I'm just waiting for her to totally die out on me...
It's very refreshing to note that the members of the "fairer sex" are taking an interest in the hobby. Let's face it, there are only a few of them around. Glad to know they're starting to come around also.
By the way, didn't you notice how much this thread has grown? I am really glad the hobby has made such great strides. I hope it continues.
