Yann... what timing!  My stash is pretty small and needless to say...all aircraft.... expect for 1 kit. So my coolest kit is a 1/16 T-34/76 1942.  It will be my first piece of armor when I get to it... and I want to try and do it this year.  Actually  I think I did a Bandai(?) Tiger 35 years ago, which is well beyond the statute of limitations.

The coolest in my stash is actually my next project that I will start in February.  It is the HUGE 1/16  Trumpeter T-34/85 Mod. 1944 Russian armor.  It has complete interior details and it is simply the most detailed kit I ever see OOB.  And I'm currently making the research and gathering all the information to SUPER DETAIL that bastard.  Can't wait to start.
No matter where you go ....... there you are.

Do you have a kit - maybe two - that you both look forward to building and at the same time are maybe a bit afraid to tackle?  Imposing or intimidating, maybe?  Or something out of the ordinary that is perhaps the coolest or most unique kit you've ever seen?  Or maybe you're afraid that if you screw it up you'll never be able to find another one?

For me it's that Lindbergh 1/32 PT-109 kit that I've had for years. I can't even remember where I got it - but I'd venture a guess that it cost a pretty penny when I got it.  The main deck part was so large that when I picked it up out of the box it bent at a thin joint.  I don't know if it intimidates me because it's so huge that I want to do it justice, or because it's so huge that I don't know where the blazes I'll be able to put it after it is finished!

A close second is the ESCI 1/9 Zundapp motorcyle w/ sidecar.  I saw it at a friend's house and I immediately coveted it.  (I think it was the rather large MG-34 that caught my fancy the most.)  A few years later I saw it on the shelf of a shop that I didn't normally go to, and I snatched it up right away.  And there it sits with the rest of my stash...
