Don't know why i didn't spot this thread sooner. Well, like littlemoe and Captain Caveman, i collect Zippos (only have 4 so far, 2 are off for repair because of a failed attempt at holy volly...), but that's not really the hobby. I love to do tricks with them. All sorts of things you can do to open a zippo and get it lit. Any of you guys see the Zippotricks website before it closed?

Uh, i play magic the gathering (not really into warhammer, though. i figure i don't need another hobby to siphon money from my bank account). I like to perforate my friends with electronic bullets at the local internet cafe, read (mostly the starwars expanded universe stuff and Military history), Play PC games (for as long as it isn't doesn't need strategy, and it isn't an RPG. the only exeption is "Medeval Total War")...

Movies in the philippines are really cheap about US$3-5, so i collect movies and stay up late to watch them... (i must have something like 200++ titles). can't think of anything else, so there. Big Smile [:D]

I have lots of other hobbies, check out my profile. I especialy enjoy the sport of paintball, and I love doing video/audio stuff at school (we have a radio station, school TV network, and I run light/sound for local plays and events) and I enjoy almost anyhting outdoors like hiking, camping, ect. I also love flying, large and small. Ride the big ones, fly the small ones.:) I especialy love flying old WWII aircraft. We have an airfield near my home were a friend works that is a WWII aircraft restoration base were sometimes I can go up in small recon planes or an old Cessna (its a private airfield too)

I have several that I switch between:

Airbrushing, Bass Fishing, Computers, and Gardening.
Also Biblical studies (mostly apologetics and theology), but I wouldn't consider that a hobby really.
Other's that I don't do much any more are: Bowling, and shooting guns.
I bought a used Beeman Kodiak .25 cal air rifle recently that I like to play with once in a while too.
I also built and flew R/C gliders years ago and collected comic books.
Hey Woody, I have Iron Man #1 in VF condition and #2 in NM. My favorite comic was Thor and I still have over 300 of them. Big Smile [:D]

Well, I can almost quote Visionism's thread exactly!!! wierd. so much for being unique!! LOL!!!

I play guitar in a heavy metal/harcore band, Build (and hack) PC's , play every WWII PC game and do recording/mixing and mastering out of a few studios. I just returned to modeling after about 18 years. Somewhere in between I sleep, eat and go to work.

I design, build/, and fly high power rockets. I collect minerals and fossils and at one time, military bolt-action rifles from the pre-1900's to WWII. I read a lot of military history books, especially WWII - Pacific theater, and have about 700 reference books that give me a lot of data for building models. My wife completely supports all my hobbies; though she does wonder why I buy all these kits at the Squadron open house!

I collect and restore antique clocks. I also collect Ferrari F40s (only models, can't afford a real one) and old wristwatches.
I used to build 1/43 scale resin car kits, but, now I am getting back into modelling, I am having a go at WW2 armour.

Cheers

Golf and PC games. Especially strategic type games. Right now I am stuck on Railroad Tycoon II which has been out for about 5 years now but I still find myself coming back to it. I wish that someone would make a good airline sim, not flight sim, but run an airline sim. Kind of like Railroad Tycoon but with aircraft.

During the spring I run a company softball team. I used to like to ski, but don't really do it anymore. I occasionally hit the links and like to bowl, which is one thing I'm decent at. Mostly, there just isn't enough time to do it all. Sad [:(]

Reading Sci-Fi, firearms, re-loading, bullet casting, IPSC competition. The bullet casting pays for my models as I sell the cast pistol bullets to other shooters. so far this month, the bullets paid for 6 model kits, with enough stash left over to pay for 4 more kits on order at my local hobby shop.

As good a way to say hi as any I guess :)

I play guitar (badly) build high performance PC systems and tweak the dickens out of them, restore old video game machines (haven't done one in a while) play stacks of PC Games (Just finished Call of Duty. If WWII is your thing you GOTTA get this!) and now I'm coming back to modeling after a whopping 16 year absence. I obviously have way too much time on my hands (which will probably not be the case now I've started building models again)
