I'm remiss in not adding any d=sooner that THIS ROCKS!   Beautiful from the ground up.  Thanks for pioneering the gunsights for me...  ;D  Hope the fishing was/is good- and cheers!

Thanks you all ever so much.Bow DownToastToast

I'm quite honored to even be mentioned in the same paragraph as Chuk, that bar is set waaaaaay up there. I'm reaching for it, on my tippy toes, but I think I still got some growing to do before I reach that bar!!!

I'll be back shortly with another bird, I call "Sally".

 Thanks againToastToast

Doc Fermis I cant say it any better than what has been said by the guys above. I have learned a lot watching you perform the delicate plastic surgery that you do, and so willingly share with us.

BTW too bad you have taken off up north to go fishing, I do wish you luck and hope you have a BLAST. However I wus gonna invite you down for some BBQ Brisket Texas style Stick out tongue with all the fixins.

Man, that sure is something!

I have to admit, having 2 concurrent Me 410 builds on this forum, I thought one would be good, the other...possibly ordinary (having seen Chuk's work before)...and boy, was I wrong about THAT!  Both builds are superb.

Your work is very impressive - you show an extremely high standard of build quality...a standard that we can all aspire to.

Beautiful work...just beautiful.  She looks fantastic, man...thanks very much for taking so many pictures - it was a pleasure to watch this thread, and a pleasure viewing the finished results.

Thanks again!

Cheers, LeeTree

Thanks again guys!!!!Bow Down

I'm taking off here in about an hour, gonna have a real good time, even if we catch nothing.

I'll try to get some better pics when I get back SF, I can't do outside, it all ends up white, totally blown out, and I aint got no clue how to change setting on the cam.

Good luck Salmon fishing fermis!

The Frasier River in southern BC. is having the largest Salmon run in 100 years!

The 410 is outstanding! Would like to see a few photographs in natural sun light. A few have a yellow tint to them, if you are heading out take a few when you return. Thanks.

Pastel chalk for the exaust.....my awesome lighting makes one side look lighter and the other, darker than what the eye actually seesHuh?

Dude! Love how you did the mottling and how it turned!

I gotta say, I've learned a good bit of simple but effective tips from watching your builds. I just wish I could get the desire back to start building again, but colder weather is coming, I should be back at the bench then.

I sprayed her in RLM 74,75,76, lightening each color a bit with white. Standard splinter camo.

I then cut paper masks for the mottling. I used poster-tac to keep the paper elevated, for nice, soft edges.

Stunning! taking the hobby to that of a art, can not wait for the finished pics, guess my 410's will just stay in the box after this.

I never want winter to come but you guys are putting thoughts of snowy nights and free time!
