I look forward to soldering up some parts myself soon.  It's the one thing I haven't really just pulled off without much trouble.  Always glad to see some good examples.  =]

Thanks, BV!

Well, this one's done at last. Like every build, this has been a real learning experience for me, and I hope I've been successful in sharing what I've picked up through the highs and lows. Thanks to all for reading along!

Beautiful work, Chuk, as usual!  The photography is awesome, and I have to keep reminding myself that his is _just_ 1:72 scale.

Your WIPs are both inspiring and frustrating at the same time.  I still learn so much and try to remember your tips, and tech to try on my own very slow builds.  Thanks again.

Excellent build and build blog, Chuck!  Your builds make me feel like I just learned to walk erect this morning and am now in search of the secret of making fire.

Wonderful as always. Such patience and attention to detail.

Can't wait for the next subject. Any ETA on that? Chuck, do you delve into the larger scales?

Bye Lili, Margo, Marina, and MAGDA!

Cheers,

Dave

Nice saves and a fantastic model! (I haven't spent much time lately at my own workbench, in large part because I had surgery a few weeks ago.) After all that, it's definitely time to celebrate, put some steaks on the grill (I'll have mine rare, pleaseBig Smile) and grab a nice cold one! And we'll all have to speculate on what's the next build. Maybe a B-36 Peacemaker; I've always liked that one, or perhaps one of those really weird German planes from World War II.

Thanks once again for all your builds!

My most sincere thanks to all- what a great bunch you are!

Jim, I sure hope all is well!

As for my next build, look for an interesting figure painting project (done, but in need of client approval), a return to a diorama on the shelf of doom, and then a nice US aircraft form the Vietnam conflict, complete with new helpers!

Again, my thanks- and cheers!

Why not try a Maschinen Krieger kit, Chuck?

Great build; I really appreciate you explain how you did the antenna.  Those anime-style girls are freaky, however.
