Here's a list of the AM parts:

  • Wolfpack resin OIF/OEF update set (included various antennas, LAU-128 rails, SNIPER XR & LANTIRN pods, GPS antenna, shimmy damper on the nose gear and more)
  • GBU-12s, GBU-16s, and GBU-31 from the Hasegawa Weapons Set D
  • AIM-120C from a Tamiya F-16 kit
  • Scratch built hydraulic lines on the landing gear
  • Royal Resin weighted wheels
  • TwoBobs decals on the weapons
  • Scratch build O2 hoses in the cockpit
  • Steel Beach vinyl reinforcement plates on the vertical stabilizers

Indifferent Wow.... well you just made me feel really bad about how mine is looking Embarrassed But on a serious note, that is one absolutely fantastic model. I'm just an amateur right now, but this is really what I'm striving to get to some day. Thank you so much for taking the time to make a build thread, I felt that it has really taught me a lot.

Amazing work on this one. Every detail is top notch. I'm really impressed with the time and detail you put into the ordinance and fuel tanks too. All nicely weathered. Some day I want my jets to look like this one.Toast

Thanks again to all of you for the nice comments!  I'm very flattered.  Some of you are being waaaay to kindBow Down.

And I'm glad that those of you who followed the WIP thread got something out of it or at least enjoyed it.  I know I always appreciate WIPs.  I think its a great way to share tips and techniques....and they're just good for the community anyway.

I just started working on a 1/48 Italeri IAF F-16C Barak.  I'll try to get pics and start a WIP with that one, too, if you all think that would be interesting.

Thanks again!

High Flyer - Just first rate, every bit. The WIP was a really good example of attention to details, patience and build quality. I think many of us could have learned quite a lot from the project, I sure did. Thanks a bunch.

I don't build jets often, but I do have this kit in my stash. Quite a inspiration to start mine!  Great looking build.

One quick question:  Are those the kit engines or AM resin replacements?  I didn't see them in your list of AM components, but the detail in featherless engines is super.

Thank you!  Those are the kit parts.  I posted assembly pics on one of the pages of the WIP thread.
