Yes I remember what they used to say about Ohio's weather " if you don't like Ohio's weather, wait a minute ".

very very nice work on the office Toshi.  Mine is an Academy 1/72 scale that I bought in a lot of 9 models on Ebay quite a while ago. I simply bought them to practice on . You're inspiring me to dig it out and give it a go but I'm sure it's not any where near as detailed as you 1/32.

LOL!  That sounds about right as far as the weather is concerned here in Ohio.  Thanks for replying!

Here is a quick update to the Bronco build but before I post the photos in regards to the Bronco, I have to share with my FSM fellow forum members the crazy weather we have here in Streetsboro, Ohio.

Just the other day, Mrs. Toshi and I went out to dinner in shorts and a simple T-shirt, we both welcomed the sun as well as the the warmth that glowed in us.  Fast forward to Saturday and Sunday, we fell right into a winter storm.  Currently it's 30 degrees with a wind chill factor of 22 degrees.  May I add that we also have an inch of acculimating snow on the ground.  Is this crazy or what?  It's like Christmas all over again.

Mind you, I don't care about the cold nor the snow.  it's the ice that scares me while driving around.  That's what causes the most accidents, drivers that don't think that there is ice on the black top, hence the term "Black Ice"!

I hopefully await for a rise in temperature as well as to an end of snow.  Then again this is typical spring weather here in Ohio.  LOL!  I refuse to leave home unless it's to Hobby Lobby or Michaels.  Knowing Mrs. Toshi, she'll kick my butt just enough to get me to go out for some grocery shopping.

Until that poin, I've won a signifacant amount of bids via eBay.  A original Revell 1:32 "Baa Baa Black sheep" Corsair with a photo of Robert Conrad portraying Pappy Boyington and his Corsair.

I've also won a Tamiya 1:48 Avro Lancaster.  My last bid will end this afternoon of which is a Monogram High Tech Skyhawk that comes with photo etch.  Here are the photos below.

Great job so far, Toshi! I've got this exact kit in the stash, along with the Eduard "Big Ed" accessory set for it (all kinds photo-etch brass (5 sets, I believe), including "Remove Before Flight" streamers, cockpit set, exterior set, and lots more), and an aftermarket set of decals from Caracal Models, which gives me more options for paint schemes, all of them Marine, of course!

Good Luck on yours! Looking forward to seeing your progress on this one, Toshi!

Wow, you're set up for a great build.  I've always wanted to try out the "Big Ed" AM products.

Oooo I'm anxiously awaiting this one.  I can't wait to see what you do with this one since i have a 1/72 version in the stash itching to be built.

Currently, I've got the two seats completed and I'm starting to work on the cockpit.  I'd love to see your Bronco build as well.  What brand is your 1/72?  Thanks for the read and replies.

To my fellow forum members,

This is a first for me.  I have two kits in model kit limbo land.  The PBY is awaiting paint while the Me 410 is in need of new canopies.  Until that time, I'll start on this kit of which is a Bronco.

I hope you enjoy this build!  Thank you members in advance.

Toshi

Kitty Hawk is great, they included a weight for the Bronco build.

This is the paint scheme I'm going after.
