I've been throwing a lot of time and energy at the Chevy as of late just trying to get it finished. You know how it is when you want something finished and it just won't cooperate? That's what's happening with the Chevy Sedan Delivery I'm building. It's one thing after another but I'm getting through it. I had an opportunity while paint was drying on that to switch back over to the Arado this morning. Pilots seat is done and installed. I'll be working on the back wall where the battery and other details are and working my way forward after I take care of the nose gear bay on the bottom side of this whole assembly. Here's the progress as of this morning though: ( The seat belts are actually dirtier than they look in the picture-here they look practically brand new....wow)

Thanks fermis. Believe me............there's ALOT more coming for the interior of this thing. ALOT!
Lookin' mighty awesome so far Joe. Hard to imagine "A Lot more coming" but, knowing you I know this to be a fact. It's going to be choice. Great work Joe.

Thanks Joe and Johnny!
Very sharp looking cockpit there.
No bucks, no Buck Rogers
Thanks Allan.
Ok gang I've got some pics I think are worth sharing so you guys know I'm still building an aircraft. lol . I decided to do before and after photos because just looking at it the cockpit at first doesn't really look like I've mad a lot of progress. There are a few items more however and yes....................it's been tedious. This is where I left off:and this is where I'm at now:More on the way soon...............
Amazing detail that you put into it. That's just crazy, I love it!

Looking good Joe. Lots of detail to be added and painted in this kit's cockpit. It can be tough making a dark gray pit come to life but you're doing a good job of it so far. I remember having a tough time aligning the instrument panel and all the wiring behind it with the glass bubble cockpit. Hope yours goes smoothly.
Add me to the list of "how'd I miss this" folk. Since July? Uggh?
Nice cockpit. I can't get over back at the beginning of the cockpit how good it looked after just 3 simple painting steps.
Hmmm;
Now see what you did ! I will have to get this and all those extra nice parts . Like I really need to add to my already large maybe stash !
That office detail is incredible though .WOW ! T.B.
Thanks guys. I've been working on the rudder pedals, the wiring to the back of the rudder pedals and the side console IP gauges for the last couple of days so hopefully I'll get some pics up here in a day or so.
Here we go folks as promised. The last couple of days have had some very tedious work involved but I think it will be all worth it when the cockpit tub is finished. I got the wiring installed at the back side of the rudder pedals and all painted. I've still got some detail work to pick out on the pedals themselves but I had to get some sort of progress shot up. Looks like I may have to zip that L/H rudder pedal off and trim the front of the pedal up a little. Macro shots........the best tool and set of eyeballs a guy could ask for.
I love the pedal and the wiring detail shot, amazing! Great job my friend!
Nice stuff Joe. That detail is really going to pay of under the greenhouse canopy. Yup, the macro tells all, that's for sure.
Your work thus far is very impressive.
I guess I have to be the third to note that YES, macro shots do point out all the detail - good and bad. They sure do a better job than my eyes even wearing magnifiers.
Again, lovely work so far.

Thanks Mike. Yes sir they are a true two edged sword. lol
That looks awesome mustang. All that detailing really adds tons to the build.
Pictures are great to double check ones work I always say. Somtimes I catch little things in pictures not noticed under nomal viewing angles.
Too many models to build, not enough time in a lifetime!!
Thanks Ernie.
Are you kidding me?? That is one of the nicest cockpits I've ever seen! Fantastic level of detail!

Absolutely marvelous cockpit Joe. Your attention to detail really shines on this one. Is that lead wire you used for the wiring?
Remarkably detailed work. It looks so real that if "Ant-Man" was real he could strap himself in. Excellent job. Cannot wait to see the finished build.
That's a truly amazing cockpit Mike, just WOW !
I'm finally retired. Now time I got, money I don't.
