Thanks, Mark.
And that's a great-looking presentation on Abe. Very colorful and eye-catching.
Do you glue the aircraft to the flight deck or leave them loose? I've read that their are advantages to doing it either way.
Thanks Buddy. I glue them to the Deck so none of them go missing. I can now say that the mighty USS Abraham Lincoln and now complete and ready to sail.....Cheers mark
Nicely-done, Mark. Great-looking carrier and airgroup.
And thanks for the insight on gluing the planes to the deck.

That's a fine looking ship there. I also like the detailing on the backside of the blast deflectors, was that the kit mold or did you add that?
On the bench: So many hanger queens.
Thanks Gents and Greg don't worry as we all had to start somewhere. Whether it be a Newbie or an experienced Modeller trying a new Genre. It is all a learning Curve so do not sweat it. Most of all is to have fun and learn.....Cheers Mark

She's looking great! What colors are you using? I'm going to be using the LifeColor paints on CV-14.
I have to take a short break from the Triconderoga and it's PE for a few days, even though she's coming along well, I'm getting burn out!
I just feel the need to build and finish a kit now! So I pulled an old favorite from the stash and having built a number of the Hasegawa A-4's I know it can be done quickly.
It didn't take long to reach the point where I'm now ready to slap primer and paint her. I have several different Marine decal sheets to choose from but may go with VMA-211 in the gull gray/white scheme, a favorite of mine.
I should be back on the ship kit next week, intending to install the hard to reach PE rails before laying down the flight deck. Though it could go the other way but no dice.
