Doug, best wishes for the wide. My better half has mild Asthma and i know what a pain that can be.
I have switched to Vallejo for larger scale figures and much prefer it. For smaller scale i just stick to Tamiya as i don't worry to much about finer detail.
Looking really nice there, i am likeing those colours.
modelcrazy I got the wings on the Spit. I have a few seams to fix but nothing major. I still need to add the wing tips since I'm not building the cliped wing version. In front of the Macchi 202 and PE for the Fletcher.

Coming along well there Steve. Looks like you have a nice bench full.
Justinryan215 Bish Nice work on the pit there Justin. But just a note on the colur, the cockpits and exposed areas of RAF night bombers was black. Bish, I was using the callouts listed in the kit instructions....they call for the interior green on the floor, and a very dark grey...just this side of black...for all other surfaces....I'm not too concerned, as once it's all closed up, not too much will be visible. ...

Mortal as I am,I know that I am born for a day. But when I follow at my pleasure the serried multitude of the stars in their circular course, my feet no longer touch the Earth...
Gamera Brandon, Steve, Toshi, Justin, those look great guys!!! I pulled apart the cockpit I'd already started on with my Tempest and re-sprayed the interior green yesterday. Hopefully I'll have something painted to photograph this week.

That it looks great.
Too many models to build, not enough time in a lifetime!!
Here are three photos in regards to the pilots seats. I haven't added the pilot as I'm not good at all at painting figures.
Bish Off to a good start Toshi.
Off to a good start Toshi.
Well, dang...I'm going to need to get my butt moving on this build! I've gotten the flight deck mostly assembled, some of what Vallejo calls interior green, which appears to be much lighter that what I've seen here, applied, and starting painting the smallest pilots I have ever seen in my entire life! Pics to come soon. ...
But I have been doing lots of research on the Dambusters raid, I'm listening to a book called "the last Dambuster", and I have been watching documentaries on youtube about the mission....
