Since the start of the GB is close to Easter as well as April Fools, I thought I'd grab hold of the 'egg' idea and give it a little twist as a possible badge:

My lady's friend instantly thought it looks like Groucho Marx with ears.

I like it

I think it's the only way I'm ever going to finish Bravo,   he's been sitting on my work bench staring at me for like 2 years!

I bet your glad you didn't put the eyes oin him then, that would scare you half to death.

Cool! Love that, I'm going to throw it up as one of the choices!

Greg: Love this badge too, going to put it down as a choice as well:

Kensar: If you're around love your badge too. I'd love to put it down as a choice but it probably needs the year on it as well:

Sounds good, but I edited it to reflect the new title, so you can swap them out:

Greg: Thanks again for the fantastic badge! It's up now, sorry I twisted my ankle Friday and I've been running a bit behind.

Sorry to hear about the ankle.

Been there. Alternate heat and ice seems to help. And perhaps a little liquid medication, depending on your preference....CoffeeDrinks

Thanks Greg, I put some ice on it and kept it elevated much of the weekend. It's slowly getting better, I can walk okay now as long as don't try to go too fast.

The Sep end date is fine but if you wanted 6 months it should be Oct 1. Just sayin.

Unfortunately, I am participating in another group build and don't anticipate being able to do this one, but...

Enjoy!

Hey Wayne, no big deal. Just let me know which way you're going when we get to the start date.

Gee, three weeks to go, this thing really sneaked up on me...

Please add another to my list: Hasegawa's 'Egg' Hornet.

(Now where did I put those Canadian markings?....)

Sure Greg, will put you down now.

And thanks for asking. Much better, the joint area swelled so much it looked like I had a golf ball in there a week ago. Now it's a bit brusied, discoloured and soft and tender but the swelling is gone and I can walk normally.

I've got a pile of other stuff to do but I decided to get some sprue shots of these:

The Stuart has a grand total of two sprues, with upper and lower hull parts. A tiny sheet of decals and the rubber band tracks:

The Chi-Ha has a few more. Plus hard plastic one-part tracks.

And some really strange sticker type decals for the camo. Yeah, I'll be painting it instead:
