Nick, looking good, always like a Starfighter.

Nausicaa is together and looking alright - just needs some filler on the joints.

Waikong, good work on the Oscar. Even though you may not see much of the cockpit, you will know it is there. And a great NMF work with the contrasting panels.

Glamdring: The howitzer is going well.

Cliff, great to see a different looking 109. It is looking sharp.

GreySnake, super result with the Type 1, really good paint job and weathering.

My offering is coming slowly along. I have got Kai assembled. It is ready for me to start trying to fit Nausicaa. There has been a lot of clean up, test fit, adjust, test, glue, fill and blending.

Just got my copy of 'Godzilla vs. Kong' and now I need a aircraft carrier. Trying not to give away spoilers but the big fight in the middle of the carrier task force is friggin' epic.

Going to call the Type 1 finished.

This can be the first page photo

I really wish Mr. Tamiya would make some new WWII Japanese armor.

Gamera, can you remove my other build the Ki-61 from the list? The landing gears are broken on it among other problems and I don’t have any plans to salvage at the moment.

Steve: That sounds cool! With her inserted into a photo backdrop I'd never know her from the real thing!

Gam, thank you. I'm sending some pics of her in front of a white background and daylight. A guy on another forum is going to do some Paint magic to it and I'll post it when he finishes.

Thank you Piers. Hopefully I still have something left to do something special to the Sunderland. Kinda like Steven King (who some say I look like sometimes), when he finishes a novel he still has some writing left so he usually writes a short.

Gam, I'll try to get some better distance pictures but I guess #2. It shows everything plus the water.

Here it is Gam, shes all done, except for a nameplate which I'll have made before taking it down the Vegas.

Not sure I'll get to a Betty this year since I'm so far behind so many things not counting kits.

The thing is too flipin big for decent pics.

Thanks, Steve and Gamera.
Should be getting the Type 1 finished pretty quickly. I’m taking a break from the Panzer IV I’m building for the African Operations GB since I’m to the point that the track links need assembled.

Steve: She's just friggin' AWESOME!!! Waiting her to post till you get the photo you want.

Thanks Jack and GS.

I'll have to see what I can do with Jack. My 14 yo grandson would probably be able to do that.

Yep that is super work there, Steve.

Easiest way to photo shop the carrier onto a photo backdrop, would be to shoot it against some kind of solid colour background, like a lime green.  Once loaded into your software create a colour mask based on the backround.  To cut the model out, just reverse mask, copy or cut, and paste the carrier on a photo backdrop of your choosing.

Jack
