Thanks 68!

Going to let the paint dry a little more before masking and then I'll try to fix them. Couple of places that need to be resprayed.

It does look more like BA's van now though.

Thanks John!

Fantastic work on the truck! I'd swear with some dirt and dust on her I'd think it were the real thing. Yes

Nice job John, the Mack turned out great.  Do you have a photo preferance for the roster?

Hello John!

People reading the forums for some years know I like Mack trucks a lot... Your truck is lookin' good! What I would like to ask is how does the engine look like and how is the exhaust routed on your machine?

Thanks for sharing and have a nice day

Paweł

68GT-love the A-7's....really need to find a reason to buy kit...your's look great.

Gamera-nice van-amazing how many TV/Movie themed vehicles are available.

John-exceptional job on the Mack-brought back memories-company I worked for (a lifetime or two ago) stamped, assembled and e-coated Mack cabs, both class 6 & 8-good memories.

Got some work done on the Indy Car but not as much as I had planned/hoped-below is the initial 'dry fit' after body was painted, along with partial engine placement:

With engine cover and a little better fit-

Started decaling today-using Indycal decals-very good decals-require close trimming and making sure the model surface is wet-fought with a couple but they are much better than the kit decals-and pretty much a requirement if you have an old Tamiya F-1 kit in the stash...

Realistically, shooting for finishing this weekend.

Cheers

Bob

Bob - Looking forward to an update on the A7.

Gam - BA's van looks brilliant!  How is the fit on this kit?  I have it in the stash and am feeling a need to dig it up.  They brought back the A Team on one of the local channels as of today, naturally I tuned in.  Now if Magnum, Knight Rider, and The Rockford Files could come back...

Johm - I really like that truck, turned out great!

Bob - Well done on the Indy car.  Decals look fantastic, and I am envious of that yellow paint job.

As for Magnum's Ferrari, it is still in the garage/box.  I got sidetracked and May went way too quickly.  I hope to have a gloss coat added sometime this week and a final picture added.

Bob: That looks awesome!!! As I've said before, I hate yellow, yours looks perfect though!!! Yes

Robert: Thanks! Fit is fine. As I think Rob said, seems it was a re-pop of an older GMC/Chevy van kit with extra parts to build it as BA's vehicle. But everything seems to fit without issues, better than a lot of car kits I've tried to build. Only real problem is the friggin' mirrors have vanished somewhere. Going to keep looking for them.

Hope you can get back to the Ferrari, I really want to see how this one turns out.

68gt: sorry for such a late response. I would like the first pic used for the front page please.

Pawel: Totally forgot to take pics of the painted engine before I closed it up under the hood. My apologies. For the exhaust, the kit had the option for running it to a stack or the underside. I chose to do mine with the underside exhaust.

Bob: nice work on that Indy car. Ive always had trouble with yellow but yours looks like it came out great
