My SS gift came yesterday Big Smile I can't wait, but it went under the tree nevertheless.

I dig shopping for the Secret Santa gift.   It's fun trying to find something nice for a complete stranger more or less.  Super fun.

i would have loved to have had it shipped to me, and then sent it out with a personal note, or something, with the shipping woes and what not,I played it safe and just had it drop shipped.

but, to my recipient, i hope you have a wonderful holiday season, and it has been wonderful to search for the perfect gift for you-have as much fun building it as I did selecting it!

 Merry Christmas!

I agree with Justin. I would really have liked to send a personal greeting with the gift. Merry Christmas and happy modeling to the recipient!

I have confirmation that it has been shipped and delivered.

Merry Christmas all.

I have sent my secret Santa gift to its recipient, and the gift that was sent to me is under the tree!

I always want to do a reveal at the end to see who had who, but it is Secret Santa.

Thanks,

My gift showed up today!  Clearly marked on the box 'Secret Santa - Wrapped'.  Inside was a well packaged, nicely wrapped gift with a card (which I will wait until Christmas to read).  Very thoughtful Santa!  My wife commented that I get more excited about the Secret Santa gift than all the other gifts under the tree lol.  Something so fun and special about this group build.  Thanks Secret Santa!

Thanks,

John

According to tracking, my giftee's box was delivered today.  Here's hoping Santa dropped something out of the sleigh that fits the suggested item

Mine arrived today. Hangin, just hangin............ Must admit though, I stuffed up the secret bit. I sent my gift through Andy's Hobby H. Q. I then asked them if they could include a note with Merry Christmas and happy building. Sorry, first time, I wont repeat this mistake next year. Anyway, I recieved a lovely reply from Andy himself confirming that they would be happy to include the message. Talk about service!!

No worries Dodgy, whoever gets it will would probably want to do a better job that usual knowing the gifter was watching. I've know who my gifter was for the past two SS's and it made me want to do and exceptional job on it.
