OK, I'm out. I'm taking the badge out of my sig. I'll be in with my BMP-2 for #3.

Day5: Still no UPS truck. Were losing hope. It's time to fact reality. Well need to start eating our older kits. We also need to limit thinner usage. One thimble ful a day. Also, no more care for broken kit, they will be killed and eaten first. There is no hope for our lives anymore. May god save our souls. -last recorded message from Sergei Kiriyenkov, leader of failed modelling expedition to deep Siberia.

Well I am finally posting pictures (comcast is up sometimes, but we're getting this new broadband where it connects through the power lines, so you just plug the modem into your outlet! cool)
I tried to use the Rustall wash, maybe I didnt let it sit long enough or something, but I dont think it did very much. The reason the top is all the way covering is: I painted the inside for the top off, but when I attached the instrument panel, I forgot to paint it, so I just put the top on. I like the Mickey Mouse camo, but it got kind of tedious after a little, so I stopped making cool shapes (the starish thing on the back, theres some 8s on there) Well, it was fun. The front wheels are annoying as hell though.

yes, ACDC is pretty freakin sweet, Just like mettalica!

Just a reminder, Tommorow is the finish date for this Group build. Ya, Kinda snuck up on me too!

double d, When tamiya researched this kit, thye used the 251 at bovington whic was a 251/8 restored to a 251/1. Im not sure if they had the headrests, or they are just completly blind.

My favorite Rammestien is (obviosly) Moskau. It's the first song I heard (well, actually, the first one was Amerika, But I didn't know rammstein sung it, so it doesn't count). That one guy has a really scary voice.
Any way, I'm currently waiting on a shipment from UPS. allow 2-3 days for shipping, they said. 2-3 days my @$$! Now, day 4 is drawing to a close, and still no loot for Sergei.

more rammstein songs to listen to: sehnsucht, eifersucht, buech dich, besrafe mich (off sehnsucht) morgenstern, reise reise, moskow, amor, ohne dich, mein teil (off reise reise) stripped (all the versions) (off stripped (single)) mein herz brennt, mutter, speiluhr, fuerer frei (morons call it BANG BANG) zwitter (off Mutter)
(yeah i know thats a lot, but u wont regret it)

double d, The water tank should not go there at all. It was only put on Sdkfz 251/8's (ambulances). Its just another kit error, so just leave it off.
also, not sure howmany pics show it, but you'll need a radio to. There are a couple sets out there, one i think is verlinden, that have a radio set.

so far my favorite rammstein song is Amerika.

We have a house like a five-ten minute walk from downtown Bar Harbor, or what it was two years ago, it may have changed since then (downtown, not the house), its a busy place. We used to stay at Blackwoods camp ground, but we sold our trailer 4 years ago

hehe welcome to the club reb..... all and i mean every song is awesome, each one has a different taste to it....ull like them...now just see them live and ull really love them!

started the sdkfz today, got a crazy idea to make a sdkfz 215 hot rod, tracks exchange for rims, a huge engine, lower it all.....hehehehehe i gotta build that someday...
worked for an hour on the steering column alone, put a fuse in it, wires, a hose (i dunno for what but its in the pics) and on the pedals for the brakes and gas

reb- im confused about the water tank, that they say to put between the driver and radio operator.. in some pics that u gave me, i can vaguely see something there, and in others i didnt see any...what did u do on yours? cuz its really bothering me!

Hey guys, sorry I havent posted, Comcast has been down for 3 weeks, and I've had to use AOL, which just makes me mad because its very slow. Good news, my brother just left to get a digital camera (the old one broke) and I should be able to post a picture of my Dingo.
On Saturday I go to Acadia NP (in Maine) for a week! woo!

here are some more pics. Some are of ausf D's instead of c's. But I belive that the interiors are pretty much the same, except for the doors and seats.

wood seats = an ausf D

go through these pics if you have DSL. (there are quite a few). the 3rd pic is an interior shot of an ausf C. you can tell by the doors.
