You talking to me, joe? Didn't know you knew my real name.
Anyway: Yeah, I do need gloves. I'm getting fingerprint on everything. And a primer would probably help, yes. Right now, it's a little late for me to put on a second coat, So i'm going over some of the trouble spots with a handbrush. For my silver paint, handbrushing works just as well as airbrushing for small areas , and is much, much easier.
OK: i want do try out some simple weathering techniques on this kit. any advice?
But I may take a small break from modelling for now. I just woke up and feel like i've been awake for 30 hours. My hands shake viloently when i try to do something as simple as apply glue. Yestarday, i wore my shirt backwards and inside out and, since noone was home to correct me, wore it that way until i was looking for my shirt pocket to see if a small piece of the landing flaps had flown into it afte popping out of it's sprew at excessive speeds. It ended up being under the boiler, in amoung the trilobite skeletons and mutsated spider-cricket hybrids.
