Put me down for the Tamiya M-26 Pershing. I have to find something to pass time while trying to paint 3 other model aircraft with enamels at the same time. It's a long waiting game. 48 hours between coats to be safe. This is a nice kit and I don't plan on using any accessories so I won't drop out of this group build.

How is this for a GB? It is not the best but it has every countries flag that participated in WWII armour units... (Used this site for reference -

"So guys, the badge I made, are we going with that? If so are we allowed to use it?"

You don't get a badge until you finished your build. I suggest we wait until people start finishing before we work out a badge. That will keep our options open and give us the best possible choices. Anthony, your badge doesn't give a feel of WWII or Armor. Some of the flags were different during WWII such as the Japanese flag(which you have the proper one), the German, and other countries.

What is the size limit for the badge? I make graphics for sites and would like to try my hand at it.

EDIT: I read the size requirements for badges and here is what I came up with.

I like both badges too. However I like ryanpm's better because it gives more of a feelin of WWII armor. I think the writing could be clearer. Mabye a red or yellow? School already???!!! No way! Well I'm homeschooled so I don't start till September. Entering 8th grade this year. Fletcher

I am nearly done with assembly of my M-26 Pershing. All the body and details have been assembled. The wheels and tracks are off along with the side panels. I have painted the tracks steel since they were steel, but I don't no what to do next. Should I give them a 70 black/ 30 brown wash and then add some mud by using pastels? Or should I just use the pastels? I'll put up some pictures later tonight, but I warn you, they will be horrible!
