Congratulations Jay.  He's a fine looking Baby Boy.  Will be a Rug Rat before you know what happened Smile [:)].  Just remember, no X-Acto knives before the age of 5 years.

Much congratulations Jay-- if anything is going to reduce your modeling, it might as well be your kids-- he looks like a healthy little guy too!

Well it's finally complete, so without further ado, here are the pics.

This is a big model, and a good build, it has it's problems, not least the transparent parts, which are awful, even after dipping in Future and polishing. The decals are pretty poor too, which is a shame as the rest of the kit is great, featuring excellent detail, in a build, which while relatively complex, was still fun.

I might yet have to do another in Operation Steinbock markings........

Karl-very nice job.  I especially like the weathering underneath.  Did you mask the camo or freehand it?

Guys, thanks for the kind words, it always a pleasure to build with all of you.

Bob, the RLM 76 was free handed over the 74 & 65, it took what seemed forever.

Thanks guys for the words of encouragement.  I'm sure you will understand if my presence here is diminished for a while.  I don't see myself doing much modeling for the next little while.  My Canso has been sitting around waiting for some paint the last three weeks.  Oh well, I have other things to work on.Wink [;)]

Some progress to report on my Swordfish.  The airframe is now painted & Futured & ready for decals.  The wings will be built up as sub-assemblies & then attached after rigging is complete.
