No, sorry guy. I had thought it was going to be May, but it may be this month or next. I haven't started it yet, but I have gotten a bit done on my M-8 scout car. I'll post pics in a day or so.

I haven't made rapid progress, as I have just returned from a visit to Australia, where I purchased 5 x 1/72 armour kits (three Revell, two Dragon). I have a Dragon Nashorn in progress, but I'll get onto the StuG shortly (now that I'm home).

I just got home from San Diego's show, so I'll be starting tomorrow. I'm also adding a build: The Dragon 1/72 scale M4 Sherman (76) with HVSS suspension. I scored that one at the San diego show today.

I don't know when I'll be able to post pics: my PC won't even load Windows and all my photo editing software is on that. I'm posting from my wife's PC which is too slow and old to process photos. I'll let you know what I come up with.

Got the major assembly done on my Jagdpanzer IV L70 and I'm ready to give it a shot of paint. Won't be able to post pics until monday or tuesday though. How's everyone else doing?

Sorry man! I lost the link to this and then had computer troubles! Finally, I can get into this. I'll be building an Italeri 1/72 scale M-8 Greyhound and a Dragon 1/72 scale Bergetiger I (Porsche). I'll be starting Sunday because I'll be in San Diego all day on Saturday at the San Diego IPMS club's contest.

Oh, and if you want to see my latest progress on my German Armor for the Braille Scale German Armor Group Build, I have pics of my two newest kits posted. Check them out!

You'll see some progress in 7 days.  I'm not sure the internet has made it to where I'm going, and I'm not too wireless yet.

Good luck guys.

Looks like fun Grant, I'll be looking forward to your M3 build.

Duke:  What took you so long to join in?

I'm looking forward to starting on my build for this and hope that I can get it mostly done before I leave for my real holidays in a week! Big Smile [:D]

Okay,

I'll be leaving for vacation in Canada tomorrow early, so here is a photo of the kits that I'll be attempting.

The M3 takes priority if I get late with the build.

If my vendor can get it to me, the IV F2 will have a turned barrel.

The M3 Lee by Mirage is still going to get built, but the Airfix Lee with the conversion on top has been nixed.  It looks horrible for two weeks...even with the lack of size.

I'm thinking of building a Hasegawa something as an extra.  I'll let you know Saturday morning.

A small parcel arrived from Texas today. I had ordered Czech Master's Kits PzKw IV tracks (MV049), and an Extratech set of PE (EXV 72008) for the StuG, most of which is schuertzen. If I'd been on the ball, I wouldn't have ordered the PE, but I was browsing during a weak moment. I'm all set for the weekend, now!

Wow, and I usually catch spelling errors.

Nice job Bruce.

Enjoy the matchbox kit.  The ones I've built finished up pretty well.

Welcome to both braille scale builds.

Many of then have been re-boxed by Revell Ag and can be found in their kits that are combined with infantry figures.

Well, if you really want one, some are still "out there", you know.

It was an Ausf L, IIRC.

Cheers,

I'd like to have a go at this. I'd appreciate it if you could put me down for the mediocre Matchbox StuG IV. I'll order some AM tracks to go with it.

Cheers,

Bruce

Looking forward to it Chris. Put me down for a Jagdpanzer IV L/70 from DML. I probably won't get around to doing the jeeps given my other commitments so please take those off the list while you are at it. TTFN (loved the tigger bump!!!)

Dave NP the whole premise is to see what you can do with your model in a 2 week timespan, just jump in when you can if you have to start your "2 weeks" a little late so be it Big Smile [:D] it's all good TTFN

Chris: Looks like my real vacation is going to conflict with a large portion of the Vacation GB (oh the irony!). I will still attempt to do a build but it will have to be a quick one.
