Trucks! I wanna see Trucks!!
Those are little trucks I thought you had smudged paint on the flight deck and I was too polite to point out your fau pax.
so kind of you TG lol
but those are the trucks and they are tiny once everything is on the deck i will take better pics for you
Man that is such a cool model, Kenny.I think you added alot with all of those tie-downs, so i salute you for taking the time to paint all of them.
Are you going to leave everything parked, or stage some sort of activity on the deck?
thanks sir IL
all the planes are built and are now in assembly line painting everything is going to be parked . i was talking to J.H. (cant put his name on these forums if you want to know just message me) told him i was going to build the big e again one day with all the do-dads but he suggested since this was my first ever ship and it was basically practice to do a different carrier and go crazy on it. so my next one will be the nimitz with all of the goodies but i wont do it for a gb just cause with all the extras it will be like a 10 year build lol
There's a guy over in the forums at Swannys site that is building the Trumpeter Nimitz with some amazing detail. He's getting close to almost a year on it. Check it out if you haven't already.
By the way, where are the promised pics!

i know jason from over at model x he is doing an incredible job on his build. i should have done that with mine but when i lived in the apartment no time to do it and no room at all :(
all of them are built and have been working on the little guys
Looking good so far Kenny. I noticed some of them are sitting on their tails. How do you rectify that on a 1/350 scale with no hollow nose to put some weight in?
Very cool, fearless leader!
Great detail on the itty bittys Kenny, hope K2 gets better real soon.
Hey Kenny,
Your build is looking great. Man, that is a heck of a lot of work you are putting in. Kudos to you
Can't wait to see the finished product!!
I know I still have to post pics of the Sturmovik - hope to do that over the weekend!!
