Darren- Awesome finish on that Seafire, what paints did you use?  Does it already have a clearcoat on it- looks very, very smooth.

Here's a tot of rum for you.  I hid it from the lads for ya!

As for the rum key, it appears to still be AWOL.  However, some of the chaps seem to be a bit tipsy on duty... But, all is well and the ship looks great!

I have today received my Christmas exchange gift from Alain .  Ignore the ugly mug in the photo but as you can see I'm pretty chuffed.

Thanks very much Alain I love the F-86 and don't have this kit in my collection, I will try and do it justice.

Thanks Frank! No clearcote, just one spray of my own mixed Black/Blue enamel. I guess I did OK with all that sanding!

Off work? Whats that? I've been on shifts since 05.00hrs last Tuesday and I won't get a day off until Wednesday! Oh boy am I gonna be tired! I'll add the hellcat to the FAW build list.

Right now I am definitely feverish.....need medicinal rum! This may allow me to get some building in this weekend. Right now, I'm fondling (in a nice way), a model I rec'd from a pal.

But I must concentrate on the SeaGlad! Have aspirin.....need the rum!

Looks like the crew will be "flying high" with all this rum flowing from the M/O's office!!

I am suffering from a cold at the moment so when I've finished my shifts I will certainly be having a few tots of rum on my night off. I can't wait to get back to the bench both my Seafire and Hurricane builds are beginning to submit and stop fighting me!!

Well mates, we put a bid on another house, hope they accept this one.  Should know by Sunday.

For those of us that are trying not to by more kits may I suggust you get a support buddy.  For example:  Frank called me the other day from Hobby Lobby, he was on the verge of falling off the wagon.  I was able to reason with him and needless to say he is back on the wagon.  We must support each other in our moments of weakness and keep them strong.  Now we can bend the rules if a really great deal comes along, too good to be true, talk to you sponsor he/she can help you with that.
