Well, a stringbag it is then!  I have heard a lot of good things about that kit, sounds like a true joy to build if not a bit on the complicated side.

THE CAG IS BACK!  As of 05.00hrs Tuesday morning I return to full duties and you lot better have the deck cleared!!

At 21.00hrs I will comsume vast quantities of bangers and mash and all will be right in the world....................

In other words.........the doc told me to get back to work! I had a good day and it turns out that I have a four day leave coming after Thursday! I think I will have a drink or two.....the doc says its OK now I'm off the "sleepy pills"

I did a little more sanding to my Seafire tonight, its going to take a lot of work to make this one pass muster! I am hoping all the hard work is worth it.

Glad to hear that you are well on the mend CAG! Was afraid you had simply escaped the Doctor's net! But with the wife/nurse.....how could you miss?

Darren- Could you put me down for a 1/48 Tamiya Swordfish Mk.II for the FAAGB?  After a horrible, grueling 14 hour day at work, I came home to find a 1/48 Tamiya Mk.II Stringbag sitting on my doorstep with some PE, resin and a Squadron "In Action" book!  Thank you so much Nam, you really made my day with that.  I surely do hope that I do her proud, and really can't wait for the day to repay the favor.  Much appreciated!

It's gonna be a great weekend, as I have my local model show tomorrow and am really looking forward to seeing the great stuff these guys do and am also hoping to score in their AWESOME raffle!  Wish me luck fellas!

Not much going on in the workshop at the minute, I'm spending some quality time with my family.

I might get a little time over the weekend, if I do I'd like to finish sanding my Seafire and maybe get some paint on the airframe. In the meantime, its late and I'm treating myself to a drink by the fireside.

I'd like to take this opportunity to remember our absent friends. To Roy and Roger...CHEERS!
