Thanks again for all the work you did with this build Derek. We appreciate the effort, particularly as your web page went down during all this.

Glad to see so many other guys had as much fun as I did. I hope to get my Digi cam back this week, but will post pics on a separate thread so this one can fade into the archive.

Thundergod. The link you posted is to the thumbnail pic in ron's site - if you look at the URL title you will see '.thumb' in the name. You actually need to click on the thumbnail in ron's site to go to the larger pic and when the larger pic comes up copy the URL from that pic. Here's the larger pics for you

They look good mate.

Thank you so much guys and thanks to petbat for FYI I have had a heck of a time with posting pics. I too wanted to share my work with everyone here. I only have the wife and kids to show this stuff to if ya know what I mean. As for it needing to be dirty I 110% agree I just dont know how to apply a wash yet, seems I get the nerve to try one and I chicken out on the fear I will ruin it.this one i general the zim took me awhile,was my first time (alot of practice on a few scrape tanks and planes)Big Smile [:D]

Great work ya'll. Such dedication to the cause is awsome... Big Smile [:D] I still say we have a group showing outside the GB thread when everyone is done. Everyone can post their pics in the same thread so all those unenlightened folk out there that didn't join us can see the end results...
I wish I could be around here more often now but its getting wild at work so i'll drop in when I can... Peace be with ya'll

Again AWSOME work...

You zimmed a plane??? Cool! Very nice job on your Panther. Looks great.

To Everyone;

Thank you all for being so ready and willing to help this poor, old sole through out this build. I have learned much and grown to know a lot of you better. Derek, I wish to thank you especially for putting this all together and getting us started. It's been great.
Even though nobody is really going anywhere different, I feel like I'm loosing an old friend with the "passing" of this thread. It's been a lifeline and an anchor to my forum life.

See you all in the other threads. Thank you, again.

thundergod: Very nice kitty! Great zim.

All: You're welcome. I had fun with the build and hosting it, learned a lot about modeling and websites. The new site should be up but some pages are still missing, just follow the instructions in my sig.

right, Bill?

Right, Ed. And latest rumor has it that a spotted Panther HAS been spotted in the vacinity of Layton Utah! It's described as still looking factory clean, with a few missing tools and sporting 3 large, red numbers on one side of the turret! One report mentioned that it was seen with the track on one side broken for a short time. This has not been confirmed, but is a strong possibility as some of these large cats are known to have very weak track links.

More later as new information becomes available with pictures to follow!
