Dave, looks good. I also hate round curvey things that need a straight line/ masking. You may want to fix the front wheel, it looks kinda tippy and you should try to use some washes to bring out panel lines or lines between control surfaces and the wing. The big air force decals look pretty good and the paint job looks nice and smooth.

You other guys might want to hurry up!!!!!

YEAH!!!! I dropped a front wheel for my Do-335A-12, and while looking for that I found the rear ladder for this plane. I'm calling this one done. I still have to learn to mask off the round things...(on this one I'm refering to the Yellow ring that in on the engine cowling, I ended up trying my hand at brushing it, not so good.)

Several fit issues with this one, but I've had worse.

Comments & constructive crit. always welcome.

Howdy y'all....almost done....have to get pics on the camera, but I need to find the rear ladder....fell off and is MIA.  (How big of parts can the carpet monster consume anyway?)

Started the He-111, looks like it's the old Italeri kit in all its raised panel glory.  Got the wings and stabilizers glued together.  Will post pics when I have something pic worthy.

I'm still here, been real busy.  I should have my A-20G done by Monday.  I'm not good at weathering so I've been a little intimidated by it on this plane.

Censored [censored]SoapBox [soapbox]Banged Head [banghead]Sign - Oops [#oops] This model is really starting to get me P-Oed. I have been doing the painting on it but when i pulled of the tape for the masks, paint started to peel off. I am guessing that i didn't wash the plastic correctly before painting making the paint not stick well. Heres the mess that i have to deal with now:

To those that are making progress or have finished well done.  There's some good work going on round here.  Got a few builds to finish before I can get started.

I'm finished!  One thing I'd like to do is take better pictures, so I apologize for the quality (or lack thereof) of these photographs.

B-25B Mitchell

B-26 - I used the color photograph from this book that I have as inspiration for the weathering, which was Tamiya soot and rust applied over Alclad II white aluminium.

Its comin along good! I use chalk pastels to make exhaust staining but it works better on a flat coat. You could also try using a oil wash.

Some progress pictures.   I am getting close on the B-26 and am not far behind with the Mitchell.  Both of these kits have fought me at nearly every step, or so it seems.  I had expected that with the old Monogram kit but not with the Accurate Miniatures B-25.

B-25 - the wings are not yet attached, they are just put on for the picture.  I put down a coat of Future and let it sit for a day before masking the wing de-icers, but as the picture shows some of the olive drab lifted nevertheless.  Probably didn't get it well coated there or didn't let it cure long enough.

B-26 - nothing to really point out here as yet.  Since the photo was taken I have since put on the decals in preparation for some pretty heavy weathering.  Photos I have show the undersides of these bombers got really dirty, oil streaked, and grimy.
