A personal thank you.
Posted by tigerman on Thursday, June 21, 2012 3:10 PM

I've been involved with the forum for nine plus years and many posts later, that for my personal milestone, I'd like to say thanks to all for your inspirational builds, vast array of knowledge shared, stories about your families (both good and bad), and most importantly: your friendship both on and off the boards. This truly is a special place to be associated with and I greatly value all that I've learned and people I know. Toast

Thank you Chris. I how that I've helped and maybe inspired some through my GB's.

Carl, thanks man. Your builds, wit, and friendship always inspire me.

I think my Italeri and Blitz in the West GB's were the best as far as getting modelers outside their box of normal builds. I hope too and will host many more.

Thanks.

This is more of thank you to the forum and not an acknowledgement of my posts. The only reason I have a high count is because of the forum itself. The forum has been one of the greatest things I've discovered. It literally has made my life better. Thank you all. Beer

Hey Eric!

20K posts Bow DownWow

You always seem to be able to come through with the answer to any question that I've ever asked and you have helped me grow as a modeller extremely well during the last 3 + years and helped me make the step from newbie without a clue to someone who is extremely proud of their work and still with lots more room left to improve much furtherstill. You have been instrumental in that growth and I thank you for that Eric!

Your work is just incredible and, amongst other modellers, is to the standard I one day aspire.

Your GB's are also brilliant and I'm really looking forward to the next Steel Cats GB in September which I have signed up for as you are obviously an excellent GB host! It will my first GB under the 'Tigerman' banner!

I hope you are still on FSM for another 20K posts to help me make this growth.

Many thanks Eric and congratulations! Cake

All the best,

Ben Toast
