Hey Tediam, you can say if you want to! I thought it might be fun to keep it a secret, so as to see what everyone chooses, but if you want to discuss it, go ahead!
Good kits are based on the individual kit in 1/72, more than the manufacturer per se. One Kit mentioned as beng very good for this build is the Revell Cromwell.

I started a thread on this on Missing Lynx in their braille scale forum a few months ago, and got tons of responses. You might want to check that out. My user name is the same there as it is here, Larry_Dunn.
On the way, as already mentioend, is also a great way to find out what kits are good and what ones aren't, but remember the guys passionate enough to put up a website are very finicky about quality. Don't let all the negative comments about the Sherman kits get you down. Just do one, by gum! Remember, it's a speed build for a challenge and the experience, not the Mona Lisa!
