Those look exceptional.

That looks really nice.

Been a "Plastholic" all my life. Love this stuff.
Here is my Revell PT Cruiser, probably one of the nicest snap together car models I've ever made. I went for the retro US Army looking staff car, reminiscent of a WW2 army staff car. I don't build a lot of automobiles, but this one caught my eye.
Starting with Shawns awesome Cobra, then to Nicks jaw dropping GTO and then to Dave's drop dead gorgeous 36 Ford and wrapping it all up with Robs very cool VIP modern VIP just confirms the fact that it aint the kits that count in modeling..............it's truly the modelers!! Wow guys! Truly inspiring stuff on display here!!!!
I bought this 3in1 kit years ago and built the red convertible................
And looking in the box recently the middle cab unit (in grey on the box art) was still in there, so I built this..............
After a few slight modifications!
Remember , common sense is not common.
Mind blowing and inspiring builds in this thread.

Rob, Where did the decals come from?

The spare parts box, just excess US Army stars I had. The 3-star general's flag was made using Powerpoint and some styrene.

Those look great. Your Pontiac model almost looks like its a full scale car
It's been a while since there's been any activity here on this thread so I figured I'd give it a little help.
Finished this restoration/ upgrade project about 8 months ago and started with a 35 ish year old Monogram Z/28 Camaro that I built when I was around 12-13. It took around 7 months to complete and I converted it from a Z/28 to an SS 396.
Monogram's 1969 Z/28 Camaro upgraded to an SS 396 Camaro.
Wow! What a great bunch of stellar builds! Wish I could see all the photobucket pics... darn them!
Thanks,
John
LOL! I hear you on that one. At the end of this year my account will dissolve. I've had a couple of email exchanges with them and called it quits.

I'm trying Fotki. I like it so far, no ads and it's pretty easy to use. I started with the free trial, and now have a plan for about $ 24 a year. They explain pretty well their plans and options.
Here's one I did for the Monogram Mafia this year.
Monogram's Lincoln Futura
Modeling is an excuse to buy books.
Nice the foundation to the Batmobile looks good in gray .
GMorrisonHey Big Jim, I'm trying Fotki.
For Kalmbcah forums, I am using PostImage: http://postimages.org/It is free. So far I am happy.Below is not Revell/Monogram, but, is PostImage.
I'm using ImageShack and haven't had any problems. It's pretty cheap at around $35 per year but at that it's no where near what PB wants. I still have plenty of images up that are PB but that'll change when my subscription anniversary comes around.
That's a nice car regardless of the fact that it's not a Revell or Monogram there Jim.

I forgot about this thread. Does AMT count?
Mustang GT
It's really too bad that most of the pictures on the former pages have gone away thanks to Photobucket.

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

Here's a couple of mine - better quality kits from Revell for sure.
Revell 67 Dodge Charger
Recently 'almost' finished - body is just set on the chasis ( 15 year shelf queen, but actually a really nice kit ). Decals are still settling and needs a clearcoat.
Revell Ryan Newman Dodge Intrepid
Nice rides by all!!!!
We'll let that AMT slide in here Steve. Good lookin' Stang dude!! Hope everything is still going well for you.
Both of those rides are "Bad A" keavdog. Wow!
Revell's Foose 56 FD-100 turned into a Street Demons tribute build under the title "Demon II"
Mustang,
Sure is pretty. What do you use for your gloss coat?
