Glued the boat onto the base prior to adding all the little doo-hickies...since those love to break off!
Starting to work on the water effect...using a new technique for me:

Is the "88" going to have a shield?
I don't know...with the Danish navy being involved in the cold war as a sub hunting unit, etc, I am not sure if they would have used a shield or not. What do you all think?

Looking very good! The splash effect on the water is very effective. I didn't realise you were building it as a hydrofoil - thought the foils were just stabilisers for the additional weight of the 88mm gun mount.
