Vent holes have been drilled, putty applied where necessary and using a rat tail file. Both sides received these vent holes.

The original two piece aft interstage had a 1/2" gap. So they were chucked and 0.30 sheet styrene was substituted. After application, I used a straighter cut on the joint.

The CM on the left is from Shapeways. Lightweight and hollow. Better definition in details as well.

This is the original solid resin CM. The shoulder was too large to fit properly into the SM tube and I have no lathe to turn it down.

I used epoxy clay to encapsulate the end of the eyebolt. A shock cord will be attached to this.
