Tanker - Builder

Do You Think ?

The Question applies to the bright colored tail on the Twin Otter .Could you have found a brighter color for often what is called a Ugly airplane .Well Done !

Thanks. I was just looking for a bright 'kick winter in the tail' scheme suggestive of rum and tropical breezes.

The real lucky stroke was finding a little cheapo set of 6 Testors acrylics in fluorescent colors, in those little hinged-cap dispensers. The colors were a perfect match for the color photo on the airline's website!

Thanks also to John and MC for your comments!

Nice job on 3 of my alltime favorites aggieman!

Thanks John!  I've always had a soft spot for the Skyhawk but cannot recall ever having built the Corsair II or Crusader before.

Nice work Aggieman. You have your own attack group.

Thanks!  They are part of a larger group that includes a Monogram A6E Intruder and a Monogram EA6B Prowler, all hanging on one of my display walls grouped together.

Sabres everywhere! And I always thought the faux canopy on Candian F-18s was a great idea and couldn't understand why the US didn't adopt.

Thanks,

It would be a gross understatement to say...

"Best new idea for a thread!!!"

I agree. If this forum had a "Like" button such as other forums I belong to, I would be clicking it constantly!

Gotta say, doctor, your talent for alienatin' folk is near miraculous.
