Let's have this nice little kit started.

Only negative, canopy is provided in a single piece only for closed position. So cockpit was built fast, only some wires added to make a creative mess and then sprayed sandy brown.

Details hand brushed with Vallejo acrylics.

The engine received also some wiring & foil strips, painted aluminum shades and heavily washed over with black, smoke, grime, etc. 

Kit decal was used for the IP, drowned in Gunze Mr. Softer.

GAM I've been there, take care to rest it as much as possible.

Ferg: I was moving some 600lb/270kg chemical drums at work with a handtruck. By Sat morning I was feeling a lot better and then mom wanted me to help clean out her drain. So after crouching over the drain with a snake this weekend my back is pretty much wrecked. Should be fine if I finally get a chance to rest the darn thing sometime this week.

Gamera mind signing me up? Think I'm finally over my years long modeling slump and feel like building again. I will be building a Pit Road 1/35 Type 87 armored car.

From the little information I could gather the armored car was a Vickers civilian model purchased by the Japanese and converted to military use. 

For Arma pricing, pretty sure us folks in North America use the one in parentheses.  The more expensive prices include VAT and is only collected from countries in the European Union.

Top work all of you. I am about to start the camo on my Spit for the RAAF GB. As soon as that's done I will be starting on my Kate for this GB, and the Corsair for the Absent Friends GB. For an armour/figure modeler, I seem to be doing a lot of aircraft lately

Gents. Here is my 1/72 Tamiya N1K1 Shinden.

The Kit went together well; however, I had a small issue with the underwing cannon. The gun barrels are almost touching the landing gear doors. I must have been a bit careless when I glued the gun fairings to the bottom of the wing because I could not attach the port gun due to the gear door being in the way!  ...so there I was with a painted and decaled and clear coated model, with the gear attached (and most of the other easily broken off pieces) and a dremel with a small cutter bit in my hand, enlarging the opening in the gun fairing so I could squeeze in the gun barrel!  I also had an issue with the canopy fit, believe it or not...

The final construction is a slow dance but we are getting there. Canopy survived first masking attempt--stripped it and will try again...
