Coun't me in. I will provide a picture of my stack once I've moved back to Europe. It's a small stack - you basically have the choice between some 1:72 biplanes and the 1:96 USS Constitution...

The problem with doing GB badges is you have to reduce the picture and then add the text otherwise the text becomes unreadable when it is reduced.  It also helps to have a solid background behind the text.  Anyway not to undermine everyones efforts but I doctored it up a little.

I'm not ready to commit to more GB's yet but I am keeping my eye on this one and I really like the idea of having someone else pick what you build.  I'll let you know closer to the end of the year if I'll jump in or not.

PS:  just noticed it'S  "IN MY STASH" not "IN THE STASH"   OOPS!

Just thought I would put this in for fun.  Here are a couple of pics of my stash.  I have another stash at my mom & dads place.  This is years of collecting.  My girlfriend and friends do not understand why I still buy models when I have a closet full of them.  I tell them it's a sickness and once they have found a cure I will stop.  Tongue [:P]

Sickness?!?!? Dead [xx(]  My model stash takes up less room than my wife's scrapbooking stash! Whistling [:-^]  I say you don't have a sickness, you have a HOBBY!  You don't want a cure, you'd just wind up on the golf course or something that costs even more!

Add me to this Group Build, and I like the idea of everyone putting a list of their stash up for everyone else to vote on. Cool [8D]

Okay, this is my first GB; I've only been a member of this forum for a few months and haven't been real active in it, but now it looks like I will be!

Fortunately (or unfortunately), I've got a huge stash (50+), so I guess I'll have to make a decision here real soon. I'll let y'all know what I plan on building.

I like the idea of setting a time limit; example: I've got an FB-111A I've been working on for 5+ years, so I need a time limit!

Now, what will it be? My 1/32nd F-117? Or my 1/72nd B-2? Or maybe one of my 1/32nd UH-60's? I'll keep ya posted!

1/48th Monogram A-37 Dragonfly: 95% (so close!); 1/35th Academy UH-60L: 90%; 1/35th Dragon "Ersatz" M10: 75%; 1/35th DML E-100 Super Heavy Tank: 100%; 1/48 YF-12A, 95%; 1/48 U-2R: 90%; 1/48 B-58 Hustler: 50%; 1/32 F-117, 50%; 1/48 Rafale M: 50%; 1/48 F-105D: 75%; 1/48 SOS A-1H Skyraider: 50%; 1/48th Hobby Boss Su-27: 50%; 1/16th Revell Lamborghini Countach: 75%; 1/12th Otaki Lamborghini Countach: 25%; Tamiya 1/35th M3 Bradley Cavalry Fighting Vehicle: 25%

I like that this badge is a little more readable (although using the wrong word Blush [:I])  It's a little easier to identify that these are boxed models.  I was just messing around with an idea of stacked boxes and shot this.  Don't know if the badge is carved in electrons yet but just thought I would throw it out there.  I'm not familiar with resizing for badges so its just a full pic.  If you don't like the idea that's cool with me... I just like building models (guess i'm in the right place huh?)  Smile [:)]

Du-oh (again)! My wife is always telling me, "Read the instructions!"

I should've read the whole forum before I posted; so, okay, I took pictures of my "stash", but I haven't had time to download them yet. I'll try & get them posted here by, say, December 1st? I'll be on vacation all next week (Thanksgiving, don't ya know), so I will be incommunicado (unless I steal my wife's laptop!). Y'all have a Happy Thnksgiving (even you Brits, too!).

Frogfoot - I don't know much about mecha, so I'll nominate the F-84 I think I saw in there somewhere.

I'm up for this as well, although I'll just list my stash instead of taking a picture.

All in 1/48th:

Tamiya ME-262 A-1a

Tamiya Bf-109E-4/7 Trop

Hasegawa P-38J

Hasegawa Spitfire Mk. IXc

Tamiya F4U-1A

AmTech P-40K

AccMin TBM Avenger

Hasegawa Hurricane Mk. IIb

Hasegawa Bf-109G2

I have others, but I know I don't want to build them right now for various reasons.  Pick away!

Building Now:

1/48 Academy Bf-109G6 - 100%

1/48 Tamiya F4U-1A - 5%

Upcoming:

1/48 Revell F-14D
