That's actually true---it was a cultural exchange program between Germany and the United States at the time...the director was a *** but good times in the makeup room with some young starlets...

If it was camo, the Luftwaffe couldn't find it to land the flying monkeys.

I couldn't find any setting in the profile or anyplace else, so we'll have to see what Aaron finds.

Sure thing, mate!

Not that I don't like to kid around, but on the other hand, you asked a legitimate question and needed some help, if I were in your seat, I'd like a straight answer, too, as well as to enjoy a laugh.

I see that Aaron hasn't come back yet, too.

Best regards,

Brad

I find that I gotta reply, however I will try to be a gentleman. I believe that I am probably one and maybe the most guilty of using smileys. I will say that they are used for entertainment only and not to provide a distraction from a serious topic. When I use them I do so only as a comical release from an illness that I am suffering. I'm not looking for sympathy just saying that they are purely for fun. If and when I need to serious about information then I would limit the amount, however, that would be up to me. I was told by an experienced modeler in one of our forums that "we could use these comments and smileys from an enthusiastic contributor in the forums" Maybe not word for word, but close. Its been said that forum members would skip my posts or quickly exit them. Problem solved. To stop or shut down the use of them? Isn't that an infringement on freedom of speech, something that the very heroes we try to capture in our works, fought so bravely to retain?

Guys I just wanted to let you know how the other side feels. I do believe that personally my use of smileys has gotten a bit out of hand. But I decide if it is or isn't.

I didn't post this to inflame or be discourteous to anyone.

My name is Scott (Chazzer) and I love my hobby! And many who have seen my posts see that my motto is simply: " ALWAYS HAVE FUN" Life is truley too short.

Guys, I have one more suggestion to my last post: don't say you ignore, exit, or skip my posts only to   actually take the time out to read and reply in a negative manner. To me that's hypocritical. It only leads to dissension, something that shouldn't happen, especially when were involved in this great hobby that is a stress reliever and relaxer. As I stated in my previous post, I'm in it not just for relaxation, but also for the fun. I reiterate, It is a great hobby, and an enjoyable one. Lets keep it one!

The smileys don't bother me........ if you like adding them, have at it. If you don't like viewing them, don't view.

[To me] it's that simple.

Enjoy the ride!
