I suddenly feel like a young punk... you old people have made my day. Now I'm gonna slip on my leather jacket, slick back my hair & play some rock & roll...

Well,

could be when AARP starts phoning and sending mailings non-stop....

or could be when beautiful women look right thru ya when things were very different in yer yoot

( as Cousin Vinny might have said ).

What does the baby of the group, Vance, say?

I thought this one was pretty good Big Smile
Three elderly golfers are walking down the fairway.

"Sixty is the worst age to be," said the 60
-year-old, "You always feel like you have to pee. And most of the time nothing happens."

"Ah, that's nothing," said the 70
-year-old. "When you're 70, you don't have a bowel movement anymore. You take laxatives, eat bran, you sit on the toilet all day and nothing happens."

"Actually," said the 80
-year-old, "Eighty is the worst age of all."

"Do you have trouble peeing too ?" asked the 60
-year-old.

"No, I pee every morning at 6.00 am. I pee like a racehorse; no problem at all."

"Do you have trouble having a bowel movement ?"

"No, I have one every morning at 6.30 am."

Puzzled with this the 60
-year-old said, "Let's get this straight. You pee every morning at 6.00 am and poop every morning at 6.30 am. So what's so tough about being 80 ?"

"I don't wake up until seven."

Will the molds be cleaned up for the re-pop?

Well, some stray cartilidge in my knee has already been cleaned up, ACL is potentially getting work done depending on how things go this summer... No firm date on a re-release yet!

In the meantime, I've gone to the aftermarket for a custom knee brace... Man, I'm in the wrong biz!

stray cartillage clean up on a softball player?

Why, the pros wouldn't settle for anything less than double knee replacement !

No re-release yet?

Gotta get a different set of decals with every re-pop..........won't have collector status without fresh decals ( slide transfers in AIRFIX speak ).

Well the bottom line is... a full-on ACL replacement would take a year to recover from, the knee would still never be 100%, and I'd still have to wear the brace to be sure of non-injury. Leaving it as-is, continuing with at-home physio, bike & ball while wearing the brace... may accomplish darn-near the same thing without having to run the risk of a surgery.

(That being said, the Dr. I'm lined up with is an ACL pro, highly regarded on this end of the country. I'm supposed to follow up with her after the ball season wraps up.)

Frig, I am a codger. Bang Head Anybody got some spare prune juice?? Toast
