Guess I should've changed out of my painting clothes and cleaned the paint off my hands.

Sorry, Liz!

Monty Python may possibly be the greatest contribution that Great Britain has given to the rest of the world in the last 50 years.  Well other than Dr. Who, Primeval, Blake's 7, and Torchwood.   My wife laughs herself silly every time she watches the dead parrot sketch..

MAJ Mike

Welcome to the forum.  I fear you have fallen amongst a gang of rogues.  An appreciation of Monty Python certainly marks you as a superior person (my favorite MPFC film was "The Meaing of Life").  There's a certain amount of good-natured snark here, but its on a higher intellectual level than most forums.

I want a patch too!  I have a long history as a patch whore from 10 years as a Cub Scout and Boy Scout adult leader.

In the Hangar: 1/48 Hobby Boss F/A-18D RAAF Hornet,

On the Tarmac:  F4U-1D RNZAF Corsair 1/48 Scale.

Welcome to the forums Elizabeth! My girlfriend Mia is an occasional builder...now that we have some actual internet at home, I'm hoping to get her on here more frequently as well. Maybe I can get her in on you ladies' girly fight.

I'm joining the proper grammar, spelling and punctuation lobby while I'm here. Yes

Urban dictionary defines "rabble" as the following:

Rabble: general smalltalk that gets repeated using different keywords, adjectives and nouns rearranged in different phrases in order to portray the same scenario
we are the kings of rabble, not good rabble or bad rabble. just rabble... oh yeah, there is no bad rabble ps.
AND
Rabble:  Group of rebellious/crazy/cool peeps.
Nuff said!!

Hello Kaz, yes we are a little out numbered. So far I think it's just you, me and CallSignOWL.

Guys, reading this thread is like reading a script for a Monty Python sketch. I think we should all find a hand bag each, stand in a big circle and have a proper girly fight.

Some of the comments are spot on and perfectly timed. - Yeah, he 'aint into stereotypes like us boys - fight on the playground!!!! fight on the playground...!!! - Maybe because you have girl cooties - Anyone care for some tea and crumpets? and the one that I nearly wet myself laughing at was - Punctuation mate, fer crissake! (we all thought it but Wirraway said it perfectly)

Thank you to everyone for taking the pee out of each other and making it so entertaining.

BTW VanceCrozier, The Life Of Brian is my all time favourite comedy film. And Manstein's revenge, how long will those crumpets be because my cup of tea is getting cold?
