Nice haul on the German armor and figures PJ

Got this in the mail today - building the 1/350 minicraft titanic and saw these online and couldn't resist.  They look great though pricey.  BTW - I am not a ship builder Indifferent

Thanks,

John

Great deal there PJ, those figures alone alone are about £70 or £80 worth. Don't blame you for not lowering your price on the 251. You can still pick up the 2004 boxing for plenty less.

Great haul PJ the Dragon 251/16C was my first build back to the bench it's like all Dragon halftracks kind of a headache to get lined up. The figure kits are also really nice and have them in the stash as well.

Looky what the nice FedEx lady just handed me!

Got them on sale from Dragon USA. The figure sets were free as part of the sale,  shipping was free and got a $10 Dragon money credit, total was $114 for the entire order.

This same 251 Flammpanzerwagen I wanted to buy at a local show not long ago but the seller refused to lower his $45 price. I'm glad I passed him up.

Well, look what I found at Hobby Lobby!

And with a 40% off coupon it was a good price too!  My first Airfix kit.  Smile

Picked these two up at my nearest LHS. First armor kits purchased in a long time.

There is a model swap meet going on this weekend so hopefully I'll get some deals.

I received my latest order from Sprue Bros.

For my stash.

I still love the Zero. 1/48.

F-16 trainer, and of course you can't have modern air collection without an A-7.

And a few things to sling under the wings for the moderns I'm getting

I still want to get a few more like the F-15, 18, and other countries. I'll then work on the SU's and MiG's.

I saw that Airfix is coming out with an F-15 and 16, both A's. I'm going to pre-order them soon.

Two builds I promised some guys at work that I'd build for them.

This box is bigger that the 1/48 Zero.

Superb haul Steve. It truly warms my heart anytime I see someone acquire a bounty of 1/72 aircraft. HeartYes You have done well my friend.

Pre-ordered both of these bad boys in November of last year.

Those look choice Joe. It will be cool to see you put those to use in some more garage settings.

Do you think that would count in the German armour GB.

Just a thought Big Smile

I think it could be but I got a diorama already cooking in my head evolving a armored engine. Plus I know next to nothing about the subject so a lot of research needs to take place.

Sounds like a nice plan, and yes, i think that deserves the time for research.

Steve, don’t tell your wife I gave you the tip on that sale! I don’t want her to be mad at me!

Good thing she doesn't read the forum.

I picked these up today off the local barter app. I thought was doing good for $10 for everything but then I realized the B-24 interior had been started and this person liked Testors Orange glue even more than I do. Any suggestions for easy removal or is it just time to start sanding? Mostly the windows they did I am worried about...

I remember building that black widow with my dad as a kid it's one difficult kit but can be wrestled into a beauty.

and THAT................looks like quite the handful. You're gonna have to let us all know when there's a thread on this bad boy.

When I get around to it I'll post it in the armor section.

Be aware that those Airfix kits are not new ones, they are both starter sets based on their late 70's early 80's kits.

Oh, for the price I thought they must be new molds. I can get Hase's for less. Thanks for the heads up mate.
