     With this year rapidly coming to a close, I managed to get my internet shut off, not by choice, so posing pix of my limited acquisitions has been curtailed. I managed to pick up a 35th Italeri BOFORS, a 72nd Handly Page British somethingorother, just looks really cool,  Hasagawa 72nd B-24, all for 6 dollars, then at the following model club meeting laid hands on the Monogram U.S.S. Voyager, and a 35th Lindberg T-55 cor FREE. Here I am trying to manage my stash and kits just fall in like a black hole.

    Next year may be better for me, until then y'all just have to take my word for it. SOMEDAY everything will come together and then I will be open for critique.

Rambo, the real fire test is when the Landspeeder figures get primed.  The print material is translucent so it is very hard to see detail, and the phone camera can’t focus on them.

Steve, the figs came direct from Falcon 3-D in Canada.

All up cost was about $100 shipped to Hawaii, but considering the cost of a 1/20 resin figure X4, and it is relatively reasonable.  Or not.  But (early) Merry Christmas to me!

I’m excited for this one to arrive, but it’ll take a while since it’s coming from Russia. I have a Russian coin depicting Arktika, and a great Soviet stamp commemorating its ‘77 expedition to the north pole.

Hot off the 3-D printer is Falcon 3D's Star Wars gang going for a ride to Mos Eisley.  These figs are meant to be used with Revell Germany's 1/14.5 (??!!) X-34 Landspeeder.  Falcon 3D claim the kit is more like 1/19.5 (what is WRONG with you Revell Germany?), so the figures are scaled accordingly.  1/19.5 is close enough to 1/20, so I'm happy.

The tiny bit in the foreground are Obi-Wan's fingertips - the Force must have been strong during shipping!  But everything came in massive balls of bubble wrap, so it's puzzling why they are detached.  But it will be easy enough to fix.

The RoG Landspeeder is toyish and pre-painted, but like others have demonstrated, with a little TLC and a new coat of paint, can be made to scrub up nicely.  So until Bandai decides to do one in standard car scale (1/24), this one is the kit you are looking for.  Now move along.

Gideon didn't have to use any putty on the seam's..... and as far as I know, didn't look at the instruction's once !

Very cool! I'm starting to really like Italian aircraft and their amazing camo schemes. You got a great deal there too!

My Wife my son and I were at Ikea over the weekend helping him transport some furnature that he bought when we were just looking at stuff and I happened to mention as we passed the cabinet section that this would be great to display my models in,  never in my life did I expect her to say "well get it" !!! I about fell over.

Well now I have to find a place to put it!

After seeing some really nice recent builds of older passanger planes by Don Stauffer, GMorrison, and Greg Bale in the Airliners and Civil aircraft forum, I let my impulses get to me and went out and bought a copy of the Glenco/ITC Curtiss Condor, as shown below.  It especially appealed to me because it can be built as a plane used by Adm Byrd on an Antarctic expedition.  Unfortunately I know I won't be able to get to this kit for awhile, since I have recently signed up for a couple group builds, but I am looking forward to getting to it eventually

It does come with the cat decals including a big 'meow'.

Yes, it's molded in Pepto-Bismol pink with violet tracks. Kinda makes my stomach roll just looking at it...
